My Approach

I work in a way that is considered and adaptive. My practice is underpinned by my strong communication skills and deep understanding of anatomy and movement (from my background in rehabilitative Pilates). This allows me to collaborate effectively with both cast and crew, supporting clear, consent-forward approaches to shooting intimacy.

In pre-production, I liaise between departments to ensure the technical processes and parameters are clear for everyone. During rehearsal and on set, I provide actors with practical tools to establish and communicate boundaries when working with touch or sensitive material. As a movement specialist, I can also create and deliver structured choreography that physicalises storytelling in a way that promotes safety, creativity and empowerment.

I hold an MA in Movement Teaching & Directing from The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama. My research is in intimacy, inclusive practice, and trauma-informed storytelling. I also lecture in movement and consent-led practice within higher education.
